Massachusetts Individual Electronic Filing and Payment System
Beginning in 2004, we are required by Massachusetts to file your individual income tax returns electronically. The State encourages, but does not require, that you make any accompanying payments with your returns through electronic means as well. Furthermore, if you owe a payment of $5,000 or more with your 2004 extension request, you are required to make that payment electronically. This link provides access to the Massachusetts online payment and filing system.

Massachusetts Business Electronic Filing and Payment System
All corporations, subject to the Massachusetts corporate excise, with more than $100,000 in gross receipts, sales, or income must transmit all returns, documents and tax payments for tax years ending on or after December 31, 2004 using electronic means. This site provides a place to register and begin managing your business payments online.
