Employee Benefit Plans

Your Plan. Your People.

The employee benefit plan audit team at Waldron Rand has the specialized knowledge and experience to perform audits of employee benefit plans. As a general rule, employee benefit plans with 100 or more eligible employees are currently required to have an annual audit, which must be performed by a certified public accountant. Our team is at the forefront of providing these services so that our clients obtain the necessary information to communicate to its employees and government authorities.

As proud members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center, we make it a priority that our team is aware of the most recent rules and regulations that pertain to your plan.

Our team is highly cognizant of the importance of communication, responsiveness, and the need for overall comprehension of your plan. A member of the Firm’s executive team leads all audits and remains the key point of contact throughout the audit engagement. In addition, the entire team is trained to use the information from the audit and the extended resources of the Firm to provide value-added advice.

Our team services all types of retirement plans, including:

  • Defined contribution
  • Defined benefit
  • Health and welfare
  • 401 (k)
  • 403 (b)
  • Employee stock ownership plans (ESOP’s)
